Keolite currently ships orders within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after successful order and payment confirmation.

Processing time is separate from the carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

Free shipping is currently offered within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, service availability, and other circumstances affecting transportation.

Any estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in your order information is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email or through your order information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the order has been shipped.

Shipping delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside Keolite's control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Missing or delayed packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
